One registration corresponds to one specific physical work: an OOAK doll, sculpture, painting, ceramic, textile artwork, miniature, artist-made jewellery or another individual handmade or artistic object.

Your photographs are on a phone, the making process is on Instagram and the buyer’s messages are in another app. Years later, a post may be gone or a device replaced. YOU™ organises the record of one specific work, so its history is easier to find and understand.
A Unique Work Deserves More Than a Self-Issued Certificate.
Your own Certificate can be useful: it records your statement, photograph, date and signature. YOU™ adds a structured submission, review and traceable registration history. The qualified proof-of-time layer requires an independent qualified trust service, not a date typed into a PDF.

Not Just a Date in Our Database.
A date written on a certificate is a statement. A Qualified Electronic Timestamp adds independent evidence of time and data integrity. It is a required foundation of the YOU™ registration architecture, supplied by a Qualified Trust Service Provider, with activation pending integration.
It does not by itself determine legal authorship, copyright ownership or infringement.

The Work May Change Owners. Its Creator Does Not.
The creator, the current owner of the object and the copyright holder are different roles. A recorded sale or gift continues provenance without rewriting who made the work.
