Shipping: €5 per EU order or €9 elsewhere, charged separately.
Paid works receive their YOU™ ID and public page after Review. The page says Awaiting QTSP confirmation until the qualified provider’s token is validated. Only then does the green confirmation shield appear and the Certificate become available.

Free registrations are recorded and dated by the YOU™ system but do not include a Qualified Electronic Timestamp. Certificate and NFC add that independent layer for the finalized digital record after provider validation. NFC Passport excludes delivery.
A permanent address
Every Work Gets Its Own Public Registry Page
Once approved, every registered work receives a permanent page in the YOU™ Registry. Its ID and page remain the same if the creator later upgrades from Free to Certificate or NFC.
The page displays allowed public details: title, creator, type, category, registration date, identifying characteristics, photographs, registration status, and applicable Certificate, timestamp, NFC and provenance status. Private evidence remains protected.

More Than a PDF Certificate
Anyone can create a PDF certificate and write a date on it. A date written on a certificate is a statement. A Qualified Electronic Timestamp provides independent evidence of time for the timestamped digital record.

Record + hash + qualified time
The finalized digital record and cryptographic hash are submitted for qualified time attestation through a QTSP.
A Qualified Electronic Timestamp does not by itself determine authorship, copyright ownership or infringement. It provides qualified evidence concerning the time and integrity of the timestamped digital data.

When the Work Changes Hands
Ownership Transfer records a change of physical ownership while preserving the creator and provenance of the work. It is available separately for registered physical works, including Free registrations.
Creator / Author ≠ Current Owner / CollectorTransfer of ownership of the physical artwork does not transfer copyright unless separately agreed between the parties.

Every Work Is Reviewed Before Registration
Payment does not automatically make a work registered or verified. A reviewer checks completeness, identifiable features, documentation, consistency and obvious discrepancies, and may request process photographs, sketches, drafts or source files.
