The Registration Record Is the Foundation.
One specific object, an identified applicant and a documented creator connection. The creation date is declared by the applicant; the submission, review and timestamp dates are separate events.

Review Before Registration.
Review checks completeness, photographs, identifiability, consistency, category eligibility, duplicates, apparent misuse of third-party photographs and obvious contradictions. WIP photographs, sketches, earlier publications or other evidence may be requested.
The work has been reviewed in accordance with YOU™ registration procedures and registered on the basis of the materials and declaration submitted by the applicant.
Review is not a worldwide originality search or a legal finding of authorship. Corrections may be requested, or the submission rejected. Contact support with the submission ID if you want a decision reconsidered.
A Digital Fingerprint of the Record.
A cryptographic hash is a fingerprint of digital data. If a protected photograph or registration dataset changes, its hash changes. The Registration Manifest brings the approved identifying information and file fingerprints together. A hash is not a copy of the photograph and cannot reveal it.
The original manifest must remain identifiable. Legitimate corrections create a new version or event; they must not silently replace the approved history.
Independent Proof of Time.
The required sequence is: final registration manifest → cryptographic hash → qualified trust service → validated timestamp evidence → activation. Until that external service is integrated and validation succeeds, the new record stays pending.
A website date says when its system stored an event. A Qualified Electronic Timestamp adds the eIDAS evidential layer for the bound digital data. It does not inspect the physical object or decide who created it.

You are not paying simply to generate a PDF. The value is the verified registration record behind it. Under the new process, Certificate issuance waits for reviewed and independently timestamped registration; this integration is currently pending.

Tags can be damaged or removed. Basic static links can be copied; stronger anti-copy claims depend on the actual secure tag. Contact support for replacement. Packs of 1, 5 or 10 are available where offered; shipping is separate.

Transfer of ownership of the physical artwork does not transfer copyright unless separately agreed between the parties.
Record a sale or gift only with the required parties’ authority and confirmation. The creator connection and prior recorded events remain part of the history.
A History That Continues After Sale.
Illustrative sequence: creation and photographs → review → manifest → qualified timestamp, once issued → YOU™ ID → optional Certificate → NFC association → ownership transfer. Earlier events remain distinguishable from later additions.
Public ownership can use a label such as “Private Collection, Spain” where privacy settings permit. Private identity and supporting evidence are not a public directory.
