YOU™ is not simply a PDF certificate generator. Each registration creates a structured record for one unique work. After review, every approved work receives a YTM ID and a public Registry page. Certificate and NFC options add qualified proof of time and further features when a genuine provider timestamp has been validated.

YOU™ is designed for individual works that can be identified on their own: OOAK and art dolls, sculpture, paintings, art and design objects, handmade objects, unique jewelry, collectibles and Digital Art.
Document
Document Its Identity
Provide the title, declared creation date, category, description and identifying details. For a physical work, add materials, dimensions and photographs from different sides; video and process evidence can provide further context. For Digital Art, provide its file format, version, technical details, preview and the applicable digital documentation.
The goal is a detailed record that can identify this particular work later. The creator’s declared date, submission date and registration date remain separate.

YOU™ is not an automatic certificate generator. Every submission passes the Review Process before approval. Review may check completeness, documentation quality, identifiability, consistency, category eligibility, obvious contradictions and compliance with Registry rules.
Review is not a legal determination of authorship, copyright ownership or originality, and does not guarantee that no similar work exists.
Register
Receive a Unique YTM ID
After approval, every registered work receives a permanent YTM ID, including Free Registration. New physical and digital works use distinct prefixes, YTM-F… and YTM-D…. Existing IDs, such as YTM-AURORA-2048, remain valid.
Your YTM ID identifies that work in the YOU™ Registry. The system assigns it; the artist does not enter it manually.
Public Registry
Every Registered Work Has Its Own Public Page
Each approved work receives a page that can display its YTM ID, title, creator, work type, category, allowed photographs and current registration status. Certificate, timestamp, NFC and provenance information appear only when applicable and available. Private files and review materials are not public.

Secure the Record with Independent Proof of Time
For Certificate and NFC, the approved registration is finalised and its digital record is cryptographically hashed. The hash of the finalised registration record is submitted to a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP). Photographs and complete personal information need not be sent to the provider for the hash to be timestamped.
Independent Proof of Time
A Qualified Electronic Timestamp under EU eIDAS rules provides independent evidence of when the associated digital data existed in its finalised form. A date printed on a certificate is a statement; a validated qualified timestamp adds independent time evidence. It does not determine legal authorship, copyright ownership or originality.
QTSP integration is pending. Paid public records may show “Qualified Electronic Timestamp pending” after approval; no qualified status or Certificate is claimed until a real token is validated. Free records never enter this pending state.
Receive Your Certificate
Everything in Free, plus a finalised record hash, validated Qualified Electronic Timestamp, downloadable PDF Certificate of Authenticity, certificate number, QR verification and evidence history.
The Certificate is the visible document. The Registry record is the underlying evidence. The PDF is issued only after the required review and timestamp steps.
Connect the Physical Work with Its Digital Record
Everything in Certificate, plus a physical NFC tag linked to this work’s verification record. A compatible device opens the current record by interacting with the tag. NFC is a connection and access method; it does not prove authorship by itself. NFC is unavailable for Digital Art.

Search by YTM ID to see the current public registration status. Paid Certificate registrations can also offer QR verification; an NFC Passport connects a physical object to its digital record.

A Record That Keeps Its History
Submission, review, approval and YTM ID activation form the work’s history. A paid work may also record manifest and hash generation, a validated QTSP timestamp and Certificate issuance. The history reflects events that actually occurred; Free registrations do not display paid evidence events that did not take place.
Preserve provenance
A History That Continues
Registration is only the beginning. A unique work may remain with its creator, be sold, inherited or pass through a gallery. Its recorded history can continue when ownership changes.
The creator remains linked to the original registration. The current owner may change; creator and owner are distinct.

Transfer Ownership Without Losing the Work’s History
When a registered physical work changes hands, Ownership Transfer continues its recorded ownership history without replacing the original creator record.
A simple example
Meet Aurora.
An artist creates a one-of-a-kind doll, photographs it from several angles and documents its materials and dimensions. YOU™ reviews the submission. Once approved, Aurora receives a YTM ID and its own public page.
If the artist selects Certificate, the finalised record is hashed and sent for a qualified timestamp. Only after validation is the PDF Certificate with QR verification issued. Years later, the record can still show the documented appearance and registration history. Ownership Transfer can continue its provenance.
Aurora’s historical example ID is preserved; its earlier record is not described as qualified unless a real QTSP token exists.
