Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy protects creators, collectors, records and the technical integrity of You™.
1. Honest registration
Submit only accurate information and material you created or are authorised to manage. Do not fabricate evidence, dates, identities, sales, provenance, reviews, editions or expert communications.
2. Rights and safety
Do not upload infringing, unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, threatening, exploitative or privacy-invasive material. Do not expose confidential personal data, payment credentials or sensitive evidence in public fields.
3. Certificate and tag integrity
Do not alter certificates to misrepresent status, copy or transfer an NFC tag to another object, hide revocation information, reuse IDs or claim that You™ provides government registration, appraisal or guaranteed legal protection.
4. Technical misuse
Do not bypass access controls or plan limits, probe vulnerabilities without written authorisation, introduce malicious code, overload the service, automate abusive registrations, scrape restricted data or interfere with logging and verification.
5. Commercial misuse
Do not resell accounts, certificates, tags or registration capacity unless an authorised partner agreement permits it. Do not use You™ branding in a way that implies endorsement, legal representation or certification beyond the actual active record.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, request correction, limit visibility, suspend functions, preserve evidence or terminate an account. Decisions consider severity, history, risk and applicable law. Where appropriate, users may appeal through support.
7. Reporting
Report suspected abuse, copied tags, false records or security concerns to [email protected] with the relevant ID or URL and supporting information.
